Lasting change doesn’t come from overhauling your life overnight—it comes from small, intentional habits.

Hi there! I'm Jes, your dedicated health and life coach specializing in menopause support. As a 44 year old woman myself, I help women over 40 navigate the overwhelming flood of conflicting advice to develop a simple, sustainable daily routine to feel better in their bodies.
Do you want to reclaim your free time, enjoy better sleep, and boost your energy levels?
No need for restrictive diets, endless hours at the gym, or a mountain of supplements. My approach is all about you—personalized and evidence-based.
Let's make this journey together empowering and enjoyable!
Humans are diverse, and when it comes to health and life coaching, understanding the stages of life is crucial. On average, women begin perimenopause between the ages of 38 and 45 and reach menopause between the ages of 48 and 52.
Menopause isn't an on/off switch; it's a slow, progressive transition known as perimenopause, which can last for years. For those seeking menopause support, understanding this process is crucial. If you've gone 12 consecutive months without a period, you have reached menopause.
Nutrition for menopause becomes even more important as our hormones change. Through health and life coaching, we can learn that we need more protein, fiber, and probiotics to give us energy and to help us build a strong body during this transition.
After age 30, we begin to lose muscle, making health and life coaching essential for maintaining strength. Engaging in strength training and moderate cardiovascular movement is vital to prevent injuries and enhance our stability and balance. Remember, being strong is better than being skinny!
Restoring our bodies and minds with a full night's sleep is crucial for maintaining a healthy immune system. When we feel rested and energized, it becomes easier to focus on nutrition for menopause and make better food choices.
Be kind to yourself. Engage in health and life coaching practices like meditating, breathing, stretching, and sharing a good laugh with a friend. Regulating cortisol through these activities can have a positive impact on your mood, hunger, and energy, especially during menopause.
The New Menopause: Navigating Your Path Through Hormonal Change with Purpose, Power and Facts by Dr. Mary Claire Haver, MD offers valuable insights for those seeking menopause support.
Strong Women Lift Each Other Up by Molly Galbraith emphasizes the importance of community during this transition.
The Menopause Brain by Lisa Mosconi, PhD explores the cognitive changes that can occur, while Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily Nagoski, PhD and Amelia Nogoski, DMA provides strategies for managing stress effectively.
Forever Strong by Dr. Gabrielle Lyon focuses on maintaining physical health during this time.
Although Atomic Habits by James Clear isn't specifically a menopause book, it offers essential tips for health and life coaching, particularly in terms of nutrition for menopause and fostering positive lifestyle changes.

Why do I love these resources?
These resources provide evidence-based information on menopause from the most recognized and respected professionals in the field. I'm a habit change coach, not a doctor or therapist. My role is to help you turn widely-accepted knowledge into action and results!

I've spent more than 20 years working inside complex systems—cities, government agencies, public organizations, and global companies—where change was constant and the stakes were real. In those environments, I learned that systems don’t fail because people don’t care enough; they falter when capacity is ignored. I bring that systems-based lens to women’s health and reinvention.
My partnership with Brandt Wellness, LLC brings mental health, lifestyle medicine, and coaching together to help you achieve your goals.
Starting Over, Without Burning It All Down:
How Women Navigate Life, Career, and Health Transitions With Clarity and Confidence
Midlife transitions often arrive quietly—through shifts in energy, identity, work, health, or relationships—and many women assume something is wrong when what’s actually happening is change. In this keynote, I reframe transitions not as failures or crises, but as natural turning points that require steadiness, compassion, and support.
Drawing on my experience working inside complex systems and my work as a coach focused on women’s health and reinvention, I help women understand why transitions can feel so heavy—and what truly helps them move forward. Through honest storytelling and practical insight, I explore identity beyond roles, the role of biology during change, why momentum matters more than motivation, and how resilience can be human rather than heroic.
Audiences leave feeling steadier, more confident, and ready to take their next step—without blowing up their lives or losing themselves in the process.
I help women through transitions—without drama, shame, or pressure.
